My name is Michele Monte. I am the founder of Micheles Medleys. The more I realized that the Kingdom of God was inside me the closer I got to God. This led me on a personal spiritual journey to follow the teachings of Jesus. My love for Jesus, music and yoga led me to a peace that can only come from the creator himself.

By quieting the noise of the world, we create a space of Gratitude and stillness, tuning every heart to the 'Still, Small Voice' of the Holy Spirit for total restoration in Jesus Christ."

"Our mission is to offer our bodies love and peace through mindful movement and the discipline of Holy Yoga. We align every breath and posture with the Teachings of Jesus Christ, transforming the mat into an altar of Worship. By quieting the mind to hear the Messiah’s Voice, we cultivate the Stewardship of the Temple and the peace of the Prince of Peace, moving in harmony with the Holy Spirit to find strength, stillness, and spiritual restoration."
